Job Description

Coordination and completion of Onboarding and Professional Services projects on time within budget and scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Review and finalize statement of works for accuracy and provide delivery timelines and cost. The candidate will work directly with customer to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with various functions and departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Coordinate between Sales Engineering, Sales and Project Managers in India and the US to successfully onboard customers on the 3CLogic Platform. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Manage and resolve dependencies between the projects of the program. Responsible for program quality and embedding quality processes into the program. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels Learn the 3CLogic Contact Center application and become a subject matter expert on the same to guide and mentor resources. Education and Experience Skills: - Bachelor’s and master’s degree in engineering, Computer Application, and 8-10 years of experience in IT with 5+ years in Program Management. Has past experience of working and leading engineering AND/OR QA Teams. Experience working on SaaS models and good understanding of AWS/Azure cloud. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Agile Methodologies setting up and running experience. Good to have: Functional knowledge of Servicenow Understanding of telephony and VoIP
