Job Description

Perform configuration, custom development, integration, code and data migration scripts for Atlassian Products, JIRA & Confluence primarily. Work as an individual contributor, as part of a larger team to deliver enhancements to the Atlassian application in a timely manner. Help develop business requirements and build technical solutions to meet industry demands. Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security, and high availability in the cloud. Participate in and evaluate proof-of-concept for new initiatives. Requirements Preferably B.E., B.Tech or MCA. 3+ years of software development experience. 1+ years Atlassian Application Development experience. Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve Atlassian customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, forms, workflow assemblies and plug-ins. Atlassian best practices. Strong background in commercial-grade software development. Ability to work across all layers of an application, from back-end databases through UI. Strong analytical skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Atlassian Service Desk knowledge is a Plus. Atlassian Certification is a plus. Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) such as EC2, Dynamodb EBS, ELB, S3, IAM, Gateways, VPCs, CloudWatch, Lambda scripts, etc is a plus. Industry/Domain expertise Knowledge of Telephony Solutions (Avaya, Cisco) and technology (SIP, etc) is a plus. Knowledge of other CRM solutions (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SugarCRM) is a plus.
